My favorite part about my job is providing knowledge to clients that they didn't know before. The world of analytics is huge and there is a lot of potential to learn things about users which may surprise you.
Analytics is not just numbers. It's interpreting the numbers to tell a meaningful story. The story is the most challenging part. Digging in and figuring out what is happening and why, then translating that into words.

Favorite Book or Podcast to recommend: My favorite book which I've read many times is "They Cage the Animals at Night" by Jennings Michael Burch. It tells about his life growing up in an orphanage and how a little stuffed animal helped him get through his toughest times. Looking at pictures of him you would never know what he has been through- a great lesson to never judge anyone as you don't know what they have been through in the past!
Dream vacation: I have always thought Australia would be somewhere I would like to go. I really don't know a lot about it, but what a better way to learn than to experience it yourself.
